The museum at Brown University has been remodelled and its capacities extended on the inside. Brown proposes to send out a large scientific expedition next June for the purpose of collecting specimens for the museum, and of making scientific observations. A vessel will be chartered and thirty volunteers students, under Prof. Packard's direction, will take part in the expedition. The trip will extend as far as Nova Scotia.
