'VARSITY PRACTICE LIGHT.

Injured Men Rejoin Squad.- Team Leaves This Afternoon for West Point.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The 'Varsity practice yesterday was light and consisted entirely in strengthening the component parts of team play and in running through different lines of work, such as punting, goal-kicking, etc. As a whole the men were not up to their form of the previous day. They lacked the spirit of that practice and did not handle themselves as creditably as they ought to at this stage in their development.

With one or two exceptions the men are all in splendid physical condition. Bull has a limp and Sawin received a slight injury to his knee in recent practice. Neither of these cases is serious, however, and it is improbable that either of these men will be prevented from playing on Saturday, should their services be required.

Today will be the last time the team will be on the field before the Yale game. All of the time will be spent in running through signals, the object being merely to warm the men up.

Contrary to the custom of previous years, the 'Varsity will not go out of town, but will remain in Cambridge up to the time of the game.
