Interclass Debate.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The interclass debate between the Seniors and Juniors will take place on March 21. The Seniors submit the subject on February 28. The Sophomore-Freshman debate will be on March 23. The Freshmen will choose the subject by March 2. If the consent of the French department can be obtained the interclass debate will also be the Pasteur Medal debate. In that case the subject will be announced by the French department. The winners of these debates will compete for the class championship on May 4. The subject for this debate will be presented on April 5 and the men will be chosen by April 12, a few days before the spring vacation. All these arrangements are based on the supposition that the Yale debate will come at the usual time, the first week in March. Unless this date can be changed the Yale debate trials will have to come before the mid-year examinations. It is probable, however, that Yale will not consent to a change of date because of the necessity of preparing for the Princeton debate.
