The eighteenth annual track meet of the New England Interscholastic Athletic Association, held on Soldiers Field on Saturday, was won by Andover with a total of 47 points. The other schools scored as follows: Exeter, 30-12; Worcester Academy, 23 1-2. Stone's School, 10; Dummer Academy, 6; Dedham High School, 5; Lowell High School, 5; Springfield High School, 3; Mechanics Arts High School, 2.

By winning the meet Andover receives the cup given to the victorious school by the Boston Athletic Association, and comes into possession for one year of the permanent cup given some years ago by undergraduates of the University. Owing to a misunderstanding this cup has been held for the last three years by Worcester Academy.

No very good time was made in the track events of the meet, but two new records were established in the field events. H. LeMoyne of Stone's School threw the 12 pound hammer 149 ft. 8 in., breaking the former record by 9 ft, 4 in. He also made a new record for putting the 16 pound shot, putting it 42 feet, which breaks the former record by 1 ft. 9 in.
