The sixth concert in Mr. Whiting's series of expositions of classical and modern chamber music will be given in the Fogg Lecture Room this evening at 8 o'clock. The recital will be open only to officers and students of the University, and there will be no charge for admission.
The following program will be rendered by the Olive Mead Quartet,--Miss olive Mead, first violin; Miss Vera Fonaroff, second violin; Miss Gladys North, viola; miss Lillian Littlehales, violoncello:
Dvorak--Quartet in F major, op. 96.
Cesar Franck--Larghetto from Quartet in D.
Mozart--Allegro and Menuetto, from Quartet in D minor.
Haydn--Adagio cantabile and Finale, from Quartet in D.
The last concert in the series will be given on Tuesday evening, March 30.
