Lecture by Mr. Lubin in Emerson J.

Mr. David Lubin will speak on "The International Agricultural Institute at Rome" before the Seminary of economics in Emerson J this evening at 8 o'clock. Mr. Lubin is an organizer and promoter of the institute, having, at its foundation, persuaded the King of Italy to support it. Later Mr. Lubin interested other governments of Europe and America in the institute, and invited them to participate in it.

The lecture will be open to the public.
