Hon. J. W. Weeks, United States Representative from the twelfth Massachusetts district, will speak on "Forestry Legislation and the New White Mountain Bill," in the Living Room of the Union tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock. The bill which Mr. Weeks was instrumental in putting through Congress provides for the purchase by the government of forest lands at the head of navigable rivers in the mountains of Maine and New Hampshire. It is expected that the completion of the project will take five years.
