TWO FAST SCRIMMAGES

After 3 to 3 Tie in Close Match With B. A. A., Varsity Team Beats Seconds, 3 to 0.

After a preliminary drill of the forwards in pairs and fours against the first and second defence, the University hockey team lined up against the B. A. A. for a fast 25-minute scrimmage in the Arena yesterday afternoon. The first goal for Harvard was caged by Clark after a clever pass from Sortwell, and the final score was 3 to 3. Each of the other goals was made from a scrimmage before the goal, and it was evident that both teams had little difficulty in breaking up their opponents' plays.

The second team played the first in a 10-minute scrimmage after the B. A. A. game, the regulars defeating the second team 3 to 0.
