NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

An academic meeting of the University will be held in honor of and to rereive the French envoys, on some day this week or the first part of next week, while the distinguished guests are visiting Boston. A definite date has not yet been appointed inasmuch as the plans of Marshal Joffre and his party are not known. However, formal exercises will be held in Sanders Theatre and will be preceded by a procession composed of members of the Corporation, the Overseers, and members of the various faculties and guests.

The procession will form in front of Massachusetts Hall at an hour to be announced, and will then march to Sanders Theatre, where seats will be reserved for those participating. This proceeding will be similar to that held on Commencement Day, when the officers of the University march from the College Yard. Academic costume will be worn, and the exercises in Sanders Theatre will be of a formal nature.
