Professor A. B. Hart '80 was the principal speaker at the commencement day exercises of New Hampshire State College, held yesterday. He delivered the annual oration, which was one of the few customary ceremonies given, since because of the large number of students who have enlisted for war or agricultural service the usual activities were greatly curtailed. The festivities were celebrated in the gymnasium of the college. This is an unusually early date for the commencement at New Hampshire State, another rearrangement made necessary by the war.
