The Freshman golf team yesterday demonstrated its superiority by the score of 3-2 over the Brookline High School five at the Chestnut Hill links. Captain C. C. de Gersdorff was off form and lost his match to Walsh, two and one. Playing in second and third positions, G. G. Folin and D. A. Williams were easy winners over Brookline by the respective scores of three and two, and five and four. As S. H. Browne lost a close match to Duane, the score stood at three all, but W. W. Cutler Jr. decided the contest for the University by his 4-2 win over McGrall.
