Students at Engineering School Hope to Establish Tau Beta Pi

Plans are now under way at the Engineering School for the establishment of a chapter of the Tau Beta Pi fraternity. This is a national institution formed as an honorary engineering society, corresponding to the Phi Beta Kappa fraternity at the academic schools. As in the Phi Beta Kappa, eligibility to the society will be based mainly on scholarship, but general ability will also be considered in the selection of members.
