Professor A. C. Coolidge '87 will return to the University tomorrow to take up his duties. He is returning from Washington where he has been in consultation with Secretary Hoover as to the work of the Relief Administration. Professor Coolidge sailed for Europe on September 3, 1921, and only returned to America on Wednesday
As chief liaison officer between the Soviet Government and the American Relief Administration in Moscow, he was in an especially favorably position to see the effect of the relief work. In his report Professor Coolidge stated that the administration was working under a great handicap, but that the Soviet government recognized what was being done and did everything possible to cooperate.
