1927 Glee Club Trials Tonight

An attractive season is shesd of the Freshman Glee Club, trials for which will be held tonight at 7 o'clock in Smith Halls Common Room and again on Monday, December 17. As many men will be retained as seem to have promise.

In January, a Freshman leader will be chosen who will lead the club throughout its spring concert, which starts late in March or early in April. In conjunction with the Freshman Instrumental Clubs, which will be organized shortly after the holidays, the 1927 Glee Club will perform in several near by town. An important engagement already secured is to sing with the Pop Concert Orchestrs at Symphony Hall on Freshman Night. Then after performances at various girls schools around Boston, at several suburban towns and a concert at Brattle Hall late in May, the combined clubs will make their final appearance at the Freshman Jubilee.

A competition for the position of manager will be started early in January.
