TWO STATIONS WILL BROADCAST FOOTBALL

According to plans announced at the H. A. A. yesterday, arrangements for broadcasting the football games played in the Stadium this fall have already been made.

There will be two stations broadcasting all of the games, and for the Princeton game three stations will wireless the results.

Private Wires Run From Stadium

From the top of the Stadium a private wire will be run to the Shepard Stores in Boston, and from their station W. N. A. C., the reports as received over the private wire will be broadcasted by radio over the country.

Herald-Traveler is New Station

The other company, which will broad cast the games this year for the first time is the Boston Herald-Traveller, with a station in Springfield. A private wire between here and Springfield has been provided for and over this the reports will be sent to Springfield to the Westing-house Electric Company. This company broadcasts for the Herald-Traveller from station W. B. Z.

In addition to these two stations an additional company will broadcast the Princeton game. The New York Telephone and Telegraph Company has made arrangements to send out by radio the reports of the game from their station W. E. A. F. in New York.

H. A. A. Will Not Erect Set

Officials at H. A. A. also stated that the Association did not intend to erect a broadcasting set of its own on top of the Stadium. Rumors to that effect have been current in the University, but Major F. W. Moore last night dubbed these rumors groundless. "The H. A. A. contemplates no such step," he said, "at least not for some time to come."
