Postal ballots for the election of the 1929 Student Council are being sent out this morning to all members of the Sophomore and Junior Classes. Voting will not be conducted according to the preferential system, as was previously announced. Juniors will vote for seven men out of a list of 17, and Sophomores for three from a group of 12. The membership of the council will be rounded out to its full number of 15 with the appointment of three additional members from the Junior class and two from the Class of 1930 at the first meeting of the new Council.
These ballots must be returned by Friday at the latest.
