DEAN POUND TO SPEAK OVER RADIO ON DUE LAW PROCESS

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Dean Roscoe Pound of the Law School will speak over the radio on May 8 as one of the speakers in a series of short radio talks son "Fundamentals of the Law," which are being broadcast every Tuesday night from WJZ and a chain of associated radio stations.

These talks, which are intended to give a practical, basic knowledge of legal matters to laymen, are sponsored by the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. To make the subject matter readily understandable to the general public, the speakers will avoid legal technicalities and the citation of authorities. There will be ten speeches in all.

Other speakers in the series include John W. Davis, Charles Evens Hughes, Hon. '10, Louis Marshall, and Henry W. Taft. Dean Pound's subject on May 8 will be, "Due Process of Law."
