Yesterday afternoon at 3.30 o'clock, the fourth scrimmage of the spring football season was held at Soldiers Field. A series of games, played in an extremely cold wind, drew a crowd of several hundred onlookers.

The workout consisted of several short contests. First the "Army" team played an aggregation made up of coaches, then the "Navy" team took on the coaches, and finally a long game was staged between the "Army" and the "Navy." The coaches, although playing an erratic game, held back the two University teams far better than expected. F. I. Casey '19 starred for his team with several long runs and provided good interference.

A final game on Friday will close one of the most successful spring practices held in recent years Over 110 men signed up this year, considerably more than last year, and the daily attendance has been unusually good.
