A powerful Worcester Academy eleven downed the Harvard Freshmen in Worcester Saturday to the tune of 13 to 0, in a hard fought contest for the schoolboys' first victory over a Freshman team in several years.
Neither team scored during the first half, but in the succeeding periods Worcester worked forward passes twice, once to score and again to advance the ball within scoring distance. For the Freshmen Captain H. K. Wells '33 was outstanding and for the schoolboys Vidis starred.
The summary: Score--Worcester Academy--13, Harvard 1933 0. Touchdowns--Audres, vidis, Points after touchdown--Vidis, Referee--Keating. Field Judge--Marble, Linesman--Meliean, Time--Four 12-minute periods.
