HOLD HOCKEY MEETING AT VARSITY CLUB TODAY

Stubbs and Saltonstall To Speak at Preliminary Gathering For Varsity Candidates

The Varsity hockey squad will begin its activities today with a meeting in the Varsity Club at 5.30 o'clock for all men who wish to try out for places on the team. Coach Stubbs and Robert Saltonstall, Jr. '33, captain of this year's sextet, will speak at the meeting.

Daily practice on the Boston Garden ice will begin Tuesday, giving the team about two weeks of preparation for the game for the season with M.I.T. on Thursday, December 15.

Schedule Announced

A schedule of 12 games has been arranged and includes the annual series with. Yale and two games each with Princeton and McGill. The dates of the games in addition to the one with M.I.T. are as follows: Saturday, December 17, McGill; Friday, December 23, McGill at Montreal; Tuesday, January 7, Toronto; Tuesday, January 14, Princeton at Princeton; Friday, January 17 or Friday, January 24, Brown at Providence; Tuesday, January 21, Princeton; Saturday, February 11, Dartmouth at Hanover; Friday, February, 25, Yale at New Haven; Saturday, March 4, Yale; in case of a tie in the Yale series another game with Yale will be played on Wednesday, March 8.
