CRIMSON BOOTERS TO MEET INDIANS

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

After four days of concentrated practice, the Varsity soccer team heads back into the waves this afternoon when it plays host to Dartmouth's Indians.

The tea party is not expected to be held on too formal a scale as the backwoods booters play a hard-hitting rough-and-tumble type of soccer. After the 1-1 tie with Springfield last Saturday, Coach Jim McDonald is less confident of this afternoon's outcome than he was last week following the 6-0 shut-out his eleven handed Tufts.

Still the Varsity has advanced along way up the road to a smooth-working aggregation. The same line-up as last week will start for the Crimson.

The Freshmen who downed Worcester Academy last Saturday 2-0 will tackle the Indian papooses at three o'clock an hour after the Varsity whistle.

Coach Jim McDonald of Harvard will start the following lineup: Penson, g; Harbison, r.f.b.; Truscott, r.h.b.; Myerson, c.h.b.; Mallory, l.h.b.; Herskovits, r.o.; Drake, r.i.; Sawhill, c.f.; Gifford, l.i.; Poor, l.o.

Coach Tom Dent of Dartmouth has named the following lineup: Mottola, Teahan, r.h.b.; Orr, c.h.b.; Koelsch, g.; Saunders, r.f.b.; Rendall, l.f.b.; l.h.b.; Smith, r.o.; Deane, r.i.; Eckardt, c.f.; Earle, l.i.; Price, l.c.
