Administrative bureaucracy gained more ground on Varsity backfieldman Mel Freedman yesterday than the whole Brown team was able to do Saturday. Recently promoted from the Jayvees, Freedman took advantage of his new Varsity status to ask the H.A.A. for the traditional six complimentary tickets.
"You don't got six tickets," the sweet young thing told him. "You're still listed on the Jayvees."
