College students pledged 200 pints of blood yesterday as the emergency PBH blood campaign got underway, leaving 1000 pints to go to meet the goal set by the blood drive committee.
Solicitors have interviewed approximately half of those who had signed up on Tuesday. The committee has also introduced an innovation in drive technique by placing cards on college dining tables.
Radcliffe, whose totals were still incomplete, registered ten pints yesterday, but most of the dormitories have not been canvassed yet.
This afternoon, solicitors will continue to canvass those who have already signed up. Students may still volunteer by seeing their house captains or by dropping their sign-up blanks in the dining-hall deposit boxes. Volunteering will continue through dinner tonight.
