Cambridge Residents Slam Council Proposal to Delay Bike Lane Construction
The Law School Student Council decided yesterday to send four representatives to discuss parietal rules with Livingston Hall, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law.
Council president, Edward H. Snyder 3L, stressed that this was a move proposed by a minority and that "most members are satisfied with the existing rules." The Law School's parietal rules are the same as those at the Business and Graduate Schools.
Snyder felt that few changes would be made in the rules, since "the new dorms, unlike Hastings, were noisy enough already," without an extension of the hours when women visitors are permitted. Another Council meeting two weeks hence will review the results of the conference.
