Farnsworth Says 40 Tested for Asian Flu

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

About 40 students were in Stillman Infirmary last night with what the University Health Services described as "grippe." Dr. Dana L. Farnsworth, director of the Services, admitted that tests had been made to determine whether the students had Asiatic flu. He said he was awaiting the results of those tests.

He also conceded that the Services had a small supply of vaccine on hand, and that they planned to use an experimental method of injection which would spread the serum to three times as many people as could receive the customary dose.
