NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Expert witnesses for both prosecution and defense will take the stand in the Avatar trial this morning. Thirty-two Avatar salesmen, including seven Harvard students, are on trial for selling obscene literature in Cambridge between December and February.

Judge Samuel T.Tisdale decided at the end of yesterday's brief session to postpone the rest of the Common-wealth's factual presentation untill after the experts' testimony.

Defense attorney Joseph S.Oteri said yesterday that he will call Charles Beye, professor of Classics at Boston University, to testify regarding the literary merits of Avatar.
