The Harvard men's water polo team (10-9-0) took to the pool yesterday at the Northern Divisional Qualifier Tournament, hosted by Queens College in New York. In the first game, the team faced lona. Harvard won that match handily, topping lona by a whopping 27-9.
The team next took on the Rams of Fordham. The Crimson continued to cruise through the tournament, thoroughly defeating the Rams by a score of 27-9.
Today's match is the most important of the tournament for the Crimson.
This afternoon, the team goes up against the tournament host, Queens. If the Crimson wins, it will improve Harvard's seeding at the Northern Division Championship, to be held here at Harvard October 27-29.
