The second eleven plaved a practice game with Ninety on Norton's field yesterday afternoon. Play began shortly after 4.30, Ninety taking the south goal. The ball was first forced near to the second eleven's goal but a long kick by Johnson returned the play to the middle of the field. Good work was then done by Ninety's backs and in seven minutes the first touchdown was scored. No goal. Score, 4-0. Moen carried the ball close to Ninety's goal, but it was soon returned to the center of the field. Johnson's kick was fumbled and the second eleven made its only point. No goal. Score 4-4.

It was agreed that the second half be only ten minutes long. The ball first went toward Ninety's goal but a long kick and rushes by Wells and Slocum brought the ball near the second eleven's oal and in 8 minutes Ninety scored her second touchdown. No goal. Score 8-4. Play was resumed at the 25 yard line and a kick by Ninety shalf back forced a safety just as time was called. Score 10-4. The teams were made up as follows: Ninety-Rushers, Emmons, (Brooks), Slocum, Darling, Fessenden, Pulsifer, Aiken, Tyson; quarterback, Faulkner; halfbacks, Wells, McLeod; fullback, J. Crane. Second eleven-Rushers: Hill, Allwood, Cummings, Tilton, Ellsworth, Curtis; quarterback, Hallowell; half backs, Moen, Dodge; fullback, Johnson.
