Yale's Latest Plan for Developing More Men for her Athletic Teams.

A handsome silver cup is offered by the Yale Athletic Association to the man who scores the greatest number of points in open athletic meetings this year. The design is to stimulate more men to enter for the events of these meetings, and thus develope more men for Yale's athletic teams.

Each first won counts five points, each second place counts three and each third place counts one. At present the ten leading men are: Shearman '89, 23 points; Robinson, '90, 15 points; Williams, '91, 14 points; Hinckley, '89, 13 points; Lloyd, '91, 12 points; Walker, '89, 11 points; Lentilhon, '89, 11 points; Ryder, '91, 9 points, Elock, '91, M. S, 6 points; Clark, '91, S., 5 points; and Parker, '92, 5 points.
