The 'Varsity Crew rowed yesterday afternoon in the following order.

Glidden Stroke

Fearing 7

Eddy 6

Stearns 5

Johnson 4

Davis 3

Earle 2

Newell Bow

After a short time Davis took Fearing's place at 7, and no. 3 was left empty. The coaching was done by Vail and Perkins.

A new shell, to be built on the lines of the one used last year, has just been ordered from Davy, Acton will begin training with the crew to-day.

The freshmen rowed for the first time yesterday. They used the new barge and and sat in the following order:
