Fletcher will coach the crew for two weeks, when he will be succeeded by Mr. B. C. Lehmay. Mr. D. H. McLean will give the men the benefit of his advice during the last two weeks. The Cambridge men are doing very well, and the positions of the men have been decided on. The Cambridge University Boat Club Lent races will be rowed on Feb. 21, after which the university eight will go to London.
