In accordance with the vote of the graduates interested in the University Club project, at the meeting held in Boston on Monday, January 13, the chairman, Mr. Charles Francis Adams, has appointed the following committee to whom the report of the Committee of Five has been referred:

Henry L. Higginson, Class of 1855.

Charles F. Adams, Class of 1856.

George G. Crocker, Class of 1864.

James Barr Ames, Class of 1868.

William R. Thayer, Class of 1881.

H. E. Warner, Class of 1882.

Thomas C. Thacher, Class of 1882.

William Endicott, 3d, Class of 1887.

T. Nelson Perkins, Class of 1891.

Jerome D. Greene. Class of 1896.

Mr. Adams is chairman and Mr. Thayer the secretary of the committee. A meeting will be held soon to determine further steps in the development of the project. A circular outlining the plans will probably be issued and sent to as many of the graduates as can be reached, and if the feeling among the latter proves to be as favorable as it has thus far appeared, the committee will probably proceed at once to raise the necessary money.
