The officers of the Weld and Newell boat clubs have formulated the following rules for insignia to be given to the three spring crews which enter the inter club or open regattas:

Senior--Black shirts with red "H," a small "N" or "W" above the bar, and small "B. C." below. The same design on the caps and sweaters, but sweaters are white with red letters.

Intermediate. -- Black shirts with red "N" or "W" and small letters "H" and "U" inserted. Same design on caps and sweaters, but sweaters are white with black letters.

Junior--White shirts with red "N" or "W" and small letters "H" and "U" inserted. Same design on caps and sweaters, but sweaters are white with black letters.

All singles, doubles and fours entered against the other club or in open regattas have white shirts with a band of club colors on which is a small "W" or "N".

Hatbands may be worn by members of the three crews named above, by members of the first and second fall crews and by the club officers.
