Randall Hall Annual Meeting.

At the annual meeting of the Randall Hall Association last night, the reports of the president and auditor were read and accepted and nominations for officers and directors were made, to be voted on next Monday and Tuesday, respectively. The president called attention to the diminution in the membership of the association for 1903-04 from that of 1902-03, and gave examples in illustration of the higher cost of supplies this year as compared with last. The auditor's report showed the receipts for the year ending May 1 to be $73,875.28, and the expenditures $71,915.74, leaving a balance of $1,959.54.

It was voted that a committee composed of the board of directors should look into the matter of insurance, and that it should be empowered to take out insurance on property for which the association is responsible to the extent of the amount of its indebtedness.

Nominations of officers, to be voted on next Monday by Australian ballot, were made as follows: for president--R. Walsworth 2L., R. W. Kelso '04, H. M. Boylston 1G.; for vice-president--H. K. Alden '06, E. M. Rabenold '04; for secretary--W. B. Russell '05.
