The graduates' night performance of "The Financier," the Pi Eta Society's musical comedy for this year, was given last evening at the club theatre before an enthusiastic audience.

The score is bright and full of life and the music especially good. H. L. Murphy '08, as Stungin Stocks, and R. D. Murphy, in the part of Frances Parks, a rich young lady in love with James Percival Brown, a Harvard graduate, have the principal musical scores and give their songs with more than ordinary brilliancy. R. V. Arnold '08, who, accompanied by the Pony Ballet, did some dances, made a decided impression. F. W. Taft '07, as Joshua Phineas Brown, was the most amusing character and did his part well.

The first public performance will be given in Bray Hall, Newton Centre, this evening at 8 o'clock. Tickets for this performance may be obtained at Buck's Drug Store, Newton Centre, Nichols' Drug Store, Newtonville, Hubbard's Drug Store, Newton, or from C. O. Wellington '07, Holworthy 9.
