The plan, emanating from, and strongly endorsed by President Lowell for furnishing Harvard students an opportunity to serve on a United States man-of-war during a part of the summer vacation, will be discussed in the Living Room of the Union tonight at 7.30 o'clock. Professor I. N. Hollis will outline the plan which will be presented in detail by Captain C. C. Marsh, U. S.
