The second University hockey team won from Brookline High School by 4 goals to 1 in the Stadium on Saturday afternoon. The second team excelled their opponents in speed and stick-work, and in the second half kept the puck mainly in Brookline's territory. At the end of the first half both teams had a single goal to their credit, but in the second period the University players showed a great improvement and scored three goals by their more aggressive playing. Trainer, at left centre, did the best work for the second team, scoring three out of the four goals. Whitmarsh played a steady game at goal and made numerous difficult stops. For Brookline, Stevens, at right wing, showed up particularly well.
