Essays for Government Prize Due

Essays for the William H. Baldwin Prize for 1915 must be sent in today. Manuscripts must be typewritten in duplicate, and both copies sent by mail or express to Clinton Rogers Woodruff, secretary of the National Municipal League, North American Building, Philadelphia.

The prize of $100 is offered for the best essay of not over 10,000 words on some topic in municipal government, to be chosen by the council of the National Municipal League. The topic for this year is "A Critical Study of the Sources of Municipal Revenue." The competition is open to undergraduates of any college or university in the United States which offers direct instruction in municipal government.
