THIRD YEAR LAW STUDENTS ELECT

Polls Open in Austin Hall Today From Nine to Five O'clock.

The third-year class of the Law School will hold its election of class officers today. The polls will be open in Austin Hall from 9 o'clock in the morning until 5 o'clock in the afternoon. There are two offices that will be filled by this election: marshal and secretary. The marshal will be elected in the usual way, by a plurality of the votes cast. The preferential system will be used in the election of secretary. Each voter will be asked to make a first, second and third choice.

The revised list of the nomination for the class officers follows: For marshal, Charles Pelham Curtis, Jr., '14, of Boston, and Donald Earl Dunbar '13, of Springfield; for secretary, Bruce Ditmas Bromley, of Pontiac, Mich., Lawrence Clayton, of Salt Lake City, Utah, Shakelford Miller, Jr., of Louisville, Ky., Kurt Friedrich Pantzer '14, of Indianapolis, Ind., Dale Miller Parker, of Kansas City, Mo., Marion Rushton '14, of Montgomery, Ala., and Joseph Nye Welch, of Primghar, Ia.

A committee on elections, composed of the following, has been appointed: Bruce Ditmas Bromley, of Pontiac, Mich.; Furjun Chang '14, of Chefoo, China; Richard Snowden McCabe, of Baltimore, Md.; and Marion Rushton '14, of Montgomery, Ala.

Printed ballots will be furnished at the polls. These should be plainly marked to avoid cancellation.
