To Tell How Cities Cope With Traffic

A lecture on the problem of regulating street traffic in the larger American cities will be given this afternoon at 4 o'clock in Room N. Widener Library by Miller McClincock 2G. Mr. McClincock spent the whole of last summer in the investigation of this problem, having been awarded a Sheldon Fellowship by the University for this purpose. His work included personal investigations in all the largest cities of the country. While the lecture is primarily for students of municipal government it is open to members.
