SIXTY-ONE ATHLETES GET AWARDS GIVEN BY H. A. A.

CREW MEN OF LAST SPRING LEAD LIST OF RECIPIENTS

Announcement was made last evening at the offices of the Harvard Athletic Association that the Committee on the Regulation of Athletic Sports at Harvard has approved the following letter awards:

University Baseball--Major 'II': B. H. Bassett '31, S. L. Batchelder '31, E. J. DesRoches '31, Reginald Fincke '32, A. J. Lupien '32, J. P. McCaffrey '33, E. H. McGrath '31, captain, W. H. MacHale '31, E. A. Mays '32, W. K. Page '31, J. L. Rex '31, J. E. Sheldon '32, B. H. Ticknor '31, W. B. Wood '32, and H. W. Sibley '31, manager. The following men were awarded the minor 'H': P. A. Ketchum '31, R. D. Kiernan '33, Solomon Smith '31, H. W. Taylor '33.

A First University 150-pound crew Minor 'H' was awarded to D. B. W. Brown '32, manager. In Combination Crew, numerals were awarded to R. G. Ames '34, J. W. Appel '32, G. R. Heath '34, F. F. Jones '34, T. B. Knowles '34, R. H. Martin '34, E. L. Millard '31, Beekman Pool '32, and Eustis Walcott '32.

Major 'H' awards for University Crew were voted as follows: W. B. Bacon '33, Malcolm Bancroft '33, H. H. Bissell '33, G. J. Cassedy '33, J. H. Erickson '32, J. W. Hallowell '31, captain, W. H. Holcombe '33, Robert Saltonstall '33, A. M. Webster '31, and R. L. Scott '31, manager.

Following men of the Jayvee Crew received letter awards: Major 'H': F. S. Holmes '31. Minor 'H': T. E. Armstrong '32, R. H. Hallowell '33, A. L. Nickerson '33, A. H. Parker '32, A. B. Rood '31, F. J. Swayzo '33, W. L. Thompson '32, and S. H. Wolcott '33.

Numerals for 1934 Crew were granted as follows: Gridley Barrown, A. H. Brown, captain, R. S. Hurlburt, Richard Lawrence, Jr., E. S. Litchfield, D. W. C. Morris, T. W. Nazro, Richard Stackpole, Thomas Whipple, W. D. Robbins, manager, R. L. Stites, assistant manager. In University Track Major 'H' letters have been awarded to Arthur Foote '33, and J. M. Morse '34, who competed in the Oxford-Cambridge Meet.
