STILLMAN OFFERS TYPHOID INOCULATIONS TO STUDENTS

Infirmary Sponsored Similar Series Last Fall

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Beginning Friday inoculations for Typhoid will be given at Stillman Infirmary from three to four o'clock for any students who desire to obtain this protection. The series of inoculations will give protection for about three years, and is especially advised for men who intend to travel this summer. If enough men are unable to take the treatment on Friday, the inoculations will be given on Tuesday also.

As there may be a moderate reaction due to one or more of the treatments, it is advisable to start the series soon in order to prevent complications during the examination period. The charge for the series is two dollars which may be placed on the term bill.

This is the second time this year that the infirmary has offered treatments of this kind for students. Last fall a similar series of inoculations was given for protection against the common cold. About 50 men look these inoculations, and a report on the effects of the treatment they received will be made shortly.
