Siepmann to Lecture

"Radio and True Democratic Needs" will be the subject of a free, public lecture by Charles Siepmann, University Lecturer here and former Director of program Planning for the British Broadcasting Corporation, in Harvard Hall, at 8 o'clock tomorrow night.

This is the second of a series of Wednesday evening lectures by Siepmann on the general topic, "The Challenge and Monaco of Radio." The topic on October 23 will be "What Listener Research Discloses," and on October 30, "Systems of Radio Organization."
