GREENEBAUM FINDS HARVARD ACCENT RAWTHER CHARMING

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Parrying a thrust at the Harvard accent made recently by Elisabeth Von Hesse, speech teacher of Mrs. F. D. Roosevelt, Richard Greenebaum '42, president of the Dramatic Club, stated yesterday: "The traditional Harvard accent is melodious, pleasant to hear, and besides, it is nobody's business how we talk."

"Possessors of exquisite Harvard accents," said Greenebaum, "are Franklin D. Roosevelt '04, President of the U. S., Langdon P. Marvin '41, president of the Student Council, Charles Seymour, president of Yale, and Rex Harrison, now appearing in 'Missing Ten Days'."
