Mrs. Jean Bullit Darlington's now-famous $100,000 law suit against the University for alleged neglect of a Rubens painting she sent to Fogg Museum for authentication was at legal logger-heads last night.
Oscar M. Shaw, attorney for the University, said "We are awaiting word of Mrs. Darlington's plans." Mrs. Darlington, similarly announced last week she was awaiting word of the University's plans.

"She has identified the painting as hers," he said, "and we are prepared to deliver it--but she hasn't requested it yet."
