The Class of 1948 will decide today whether to accept or reject a Permanent Constitution offered to it by its Class Committee, first marshal Ray A. Goldberg (above) announced last night. The voting will take place in House dining halls at noon and evening meals.
The document was originally drafted as a "Model Constitution" by three members of the Student Council's Special Committee on Class Affairs, Daniel P. S. Paul '46 3L, Robert S. Leventhal '48, and Thomas R. F. Morse '48.
Another charter recommended by a two-man minority of the Council group was rejected by the Class Committee at a meeting Thursday, March 6.
