C. Palmer LeRoy '51, charged with disturbing the peace and accosting a member of the opposite sex, yesterday morning had his case put off until next week.
LeRoy appeared in the Third District Court of Middlesex at 9 a.m. yesterday, to answer a complaint stemming from his pointing a water pistol at Miss Pauline Gunn on Boylston Street Friday and allegedly saying something to the effect of "Stick 'em up!"
Miss Gunn accepted LeRoy's apologies at the time, but decided to press charges two hours later.
