The Damon Runyon Cancer Fund received the largest share, $3,538, of the Combined Charities' total of $17,805, Drive Chairman Robert P. Hyde '51 announced last night.
CARE was second of the eight sponsored charities with $2,406, while the Children's Hospital Medical Research Fund and the National Scholarship and Service Fund for Negro Students followed with $1,859 and $1,566 respectively.
Brooks House allocations amounted to $1,187; the Salzburg Seminar received $1,072; and the Boston Community Fund got $1,034. Partial distribution of the remaining $4,100 will be made when term bill credits for written-in allocations are received. The remainder will be retained in the unallocated emergency fund.
