The University's chapter of the N.S.A. annunced yesterday that it will protest an attempt by the Independent Committee for International Student Cooperation to form the official American delegation to the World Student Congress. The Congress is scheduled to be hold in Prague this summer.

Ray G. Williams, chairman of the N.S.A.'s International Commission, whose Cambridge office prepared the protest, explained that at past world student congresses and festivals the C.I.S.G. has presented a blased picture of life in the U.S. student community.

The protest is in the form of a note presented to the Chairman of the C.I.S.C. by Erskine Childers, vice president of the N.S.A.
