The New England Conference on U.N. Revision, sponsored jointly by the National Students' Association, United World Federalists, and Students for Democratic Action, opened at Burr Hall last night with an address by William Agar, of the U.N. Department of Public information.

William R. Fraser of the Quaker Team of the U.N.; Vernon Nash, author and lecturer active in the world government movement; H. Donald Williams, New England Executive Director of United World Federalists; and Gordon D. Hall, author, will address the Conference.

This morning the students will hear Hall discussing "How to Meet the Opposition to the U.N.; and Wilson will speak on "The Movement for Charter Revision." After lunch, specific proposals for revision of the U.N. Charter will be presented and discussed in the light of American and Soviet foreign policy.
